Clinical consultation
Are you a mental health professional seeking guidance to deepen your practice?
Whether you need case consultation, support in addressing the clinician parts that sometimes show up during client sessions, or help building a private practice that aligns with your authentic values, I’m here to help. Below are options for individual or group consultation needs.
For those trained in internal family systems (IFS):
I offer specialized consultation to help you grow your skills, integrate the model more effectively, and confidently apply IFS principles in your work. Consultation provides the tailored support you need—whether you work in a group setting or as a solo practitioner. Together, we’ll strengthen your skills, explore challenges, and ensure your practice reflects your commitment to equity, inclusion, and liberation.
You don’t have to do it alone. I care about your success and am dedicated to seeing you thrive as a therapist making a difference in your community.
Why choose me as your consultant?
Choosing me as your consultant means working with someone who brings not only professional expertise but also deep lived experience, authenticity, and a commitment to liberation-focused care.
My IFS consultation services go beyond the traditional 8Cs and 5Ps of the model. Together, we explore how to use IFS through an anti-oppressive, liberation-centered lens that honors the lived experiences of Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse individuals and ancestors. This work intentionally de-centers whiteness, integrating social justice, cultural humility, and embodied awareness so that your practice reflects the clients you, the clients you serve, and the world we are all living in and trying to make better.
Here’s why I stand out:
1.
Intersectional and Relatable Approach
As a Black, queer, neurodivergent therapist and survivor, I understand the unique challenges and systemic barriers that mental health professionals from marginalized communities face. I offer a space where you can show up as your full self, free from judgment, and receive support rooted in intersectionality, compassion, and empowerment.
2.
Expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS)
As a Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist and IFS Approved Consultant, I have years of experience integrating IFS into therapy, supervision, and consultation. Whether you’re new to IFS or looking to refine your skills, I provide practical guidance that helps you confidently apply the model in your work.
3.
Focus on Anti-Oppression and Social Justice
I bring a feminist, womanist lens to everything I do, helping clinicians dismantle oppressive frameworks, navigate the impact of white supremacy culture, and build practices that align with their values of equity and liberation.
4.
Tailored, Compassionate Support
Whether you’re seeking help with case consultation, exploring clinician parts that may be affecting your work, or building an authentic private practice, I tailor our sessions to your specific needs. My goal is to help you grow professionally while staying true to your values and avoiding burnout.
5.
Commitment to Your Success
I’m deeply invested in seeing you thrive. I understand the weight of doing this work in systems not designed for us, and I’m here to lighten that load. I want to see you succeed and feel confident in your work while creating a practice that is meaningful and sustainable.
6.
Proven Experience and Leadership
With over 8 years of clinical experience and 5 years of dedicated IFS practice, I’ve worked in diverse settings, including community mental health, schools, and private practice. As a clinical supervisor, consultant, and facilitator, I’ve supported therapists from all backgrounds in strengthening their skills and navigating complex challenges.
By choosing me, you’re choosing a consultant who is fully invested in your growth, your success, and your ability to make a lasting impact in your community. Together, we’ll create a foundation for your work that feels aligned, empowered, and liberatory.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to be IFS Level 1 trained to join?
Yes! This group is only open to IFSI Level 1-trained clinicians.
2. Do I need to present a case?
No, presenting a case is not required. You can engage in the way that best supports your learning—whether by bringing a case for consultation or by asking questions, and reflecting on the discussion. Some participants find that presenting a case helps them receive direct feedback, while others benefit from witnessing case discussions and applying those insights to their own work. No matter how you choose to participate, this space is designed to deepen your understanding of IFS in a way that feels supportive and aligned with where you are in your learning process.
3. How many people will be in each group?
Each group is limited to 6 participants to ensure an intimate, high-quality learning experience. This allows for personalized feedback, active participation, and a strong sense of community. Plus, IFSI limits group consultation to 6 people.
4. Will sessions be recorded?
No. To maintain confidentiality and create a safe space for discussion and case consultation, sessions will not be recorded. This ensures that all participants can engage fully and openly in the learning process.
5. What happens if I miss a session?
Because this is a small-group experience with live interaction and real-time discussion, there are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed meetings.
6. What if I can’t make these session dates? How can I find out when the next group opens?
If you’re unable to join this round, you can sign up for the waitlist to be notified when future cohorts open. Waitlist members will be the first to hear about new session dates and availability. If there’s enough interest, additional groups may be scheduled sooner. To stay informed, simply join the waitlist or follow my public social media pages on Instagram and LinkedIn, and we’ll keep you updated!
