Choosing Ourselves: A Gathering for Those Who Have Chosen Distance
Estrangement is one of the most silenced forms of grief. There is no ritual for it, no casserole, no language that fits. If you have chosen distance from a family member — or you are still deciding — this gathering is for you.
On October 20th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM EST, therapist and author Tasha Hunter, LCSW and Marta Isabella Sierra Cifuentes, LMHC will hold a two-hour virtual community space for adults navigating estrangement at every stage. You will hear our stories, sit in small group conversation, and leave with language for what you have been carrying — and permission to keep choosing yourself.
This is not a support group. It is not a training. It is a room that knows what you mean when you say: I had to go.
All sharing is optional. All experiences are welcome. Registration is capped at 20.
Support Rate: $100 | Standard Rate: $75 | Global Majority Rate: $50
