Come Lay It Down: Virtual Grief Gathering
A Grief Check-In for Chosen Family, Community, and Friends
When it feels like we are carrying it all—and love, safety, softness, and support are not always within reach—this gathering is a love offering.
We’ll come together virtually to slow down, name what we’re carrying, and remember that grief was never meant to be held alone. Through gentle reflection, sharing, meditation, ritual, body-based practices, and collective witnessing, we’ll make room for grief while tending to the parts of us that are tired, overwhelmed, and soul-weary.
Bring the grief of losing someone you love. The grief of transition. Racism and oppression. Queerness in an unsafe world. Caregiving. Vicarious trauma. A former version of yourself. The exhaustion of always being the strong one. Whatever your grief—bring it.
There is nothing to fix here. Nothing to perform. You do not have to be the helper, the healer, the leader, or the one who holds everyone else.
