Unburdening the Exile Skills Development Group

UNBURDENING THE EXILE
A 5-Week IFS Consultation Group for IFS trained professionals

You completed the training, you have the worksheets. You know the steps— intellectually.

But when an exile surfaces in session, you second-guess the direction. You move past the process faster than you mean to. Or you stay, but you're not sure you're doing it right.

That's what this group is for.

WHAT THIS IS

Unburdening the Exile is a five-week small-group consultation experience for IFS-informed practitioners who are ready to stop avoiding the exile process and start trusting themselves.

Six clinicians. Eight hours. Real cases. Guided practice.

We move through the full unburdening sequence — entry, witnessing, retrieval, unburdening, integration — session by session, with time to practice, get stuck, ask the actual questions, and try again.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You are a licensed clinician who has completed an IFS training ( IFS Level I, IFSCA, QTBIPOC IFS, PESI/Evergreen, or other programs)

You understand the model. You believe in it. And you still feel uncertain when exile work appears — uncertain how to begin, uncertain how to stay, uncertain what to do when something unexpected happens.

You want more time with the process. You want to practice in a space where getting it wrong is part of the point.

This group is for you.
