Burnout Recovery & Mentorship for the Ones Who Hold It All
Why I Created These Spaces
I created these support groups and mentorship pods because I wanted a space that feels sacred, special, and soft—for the folks who spend their lives holding, helping, and healing others.
A space where you don’t have to be “on.”
Where you can lay down your title, your cape, the roles you carry for everyone else.
Where you don’t have to explain the exhaustion that lives in your body.
I wanted to create a space for the ones who are masking overwhelm.
For the ones quietly carrying vicarious trauma, emotional fatigue, and burnout. For the helpers who need a space to be held.
I’ve always been good at finding community and creating it.
This is my offering—to you, and to myself.
A place to come as you are. A place to exhale.
These spaces are rooted in my values as a liberationist, anti-capitalist, and harm reductionist.
They’re decolonized, anti-oppressive, and centered on care—not labor. No fixing. No proving. Just room to rest, reflect, and be in community with others who get it.
We welcome neurodivergent participants and offer flexibility with camera use and processing styles.

What Is a Mentorship Pod?
A Mentorship Pod is an intentional, small-group space designed for collective growth, reflection, and support. Unlike traditional mentorship rooted in hierarchy, this pod centers relationship, mutual learning, and community care. It is a space where wisdom is shared, not imposed—and where each member’s voice, experience, and insight are valued. These pods live at the intersection of emotional care, political clarity, and embodied leadership.
In my Decolonized Mentorship Pods, we reject hustle culture, perfectionism, and individualism. Instead, we:
Prioritize restorative connection
Hold space for complexity, identity, and embodiment
Practice liberatory learning that honors both personal and professional evolution
Cultivate trust, curiosity, and accountability—without performance or pressure
Each pod includes:
A consistent small group (typically 6–8 participants)
Monthly 90-minute virtual sessions over 6 months
Sliding scale pricing and optional 1:1 mentorship add-ons
A shared commitment to healing-centered, anti-oppressive practice
This is not supervision. It’s not therapy.
It’s a brave, decolonized container for emerging and seasoned clinicians and helpers to root deeper into their integrity, intuition, and self-leadership.
After registration, you’ll receive a welcome email with your group agreement, Zoom link, and pre-session reflection prompts.
