A Grief Gathering for Careworkers

This space is for therapists, social workers, psychologists, careworkers, and healers — those who spend their lives tending to others and deserve a place to be tended to.

We'll gather on Zoom. We'll ground, breathe, reflect, and remember. You are invited to lay down your roles, your credentials, your armor — and let yourself be witnessed.

Bring your grief over a loved one, a relationship, estrangement, burnout, your health, a previous version of yourself. Bring the weight of racism and oppression. Bring the heartbreak of this field, the exhaustion of caregiving, the ache of aloneness. Bring your sadness, your laughter, your numbness, your desire to simply be in the presence of others. There is no one right way to grieve and no one right way to show up.

There will be space to name your grief, sing it, sway with it, cry, laugh, whisper, or sit in silence. We will make room for grief and joy, exhaustion and hope, tenderness and truth — all that lives in the sacred space between.
