Front Porch Fridays
Four honest conversations about building a life and career beyond the therapy room.
Some of the most meaningful conversations don't happen in graduate school, supervision, or at conferences.
They happen on the front porch.
The front porch is a place of invitation. A place where people are welcomed as they are. A place to pull up a chair, exhale, rest for a while, and speak honestly about the things that don't always have a place elsewhere. It's where wisdom is shared, stories are exchanged, and we remember that none of us are building this life alone.
Front Porch Fridays was created in that spirit.
Over four gatherings, I'll share what I've learned about expanding my work beyond traditional therapy. I'll talk honestly about the lessons, the mistakes, the contracts I wish I had read more carefully, the opportunities I said yes to, the ones I'm grateful I declined, the internal battles, and the practices that have helped me build work that feels deeply aligned with my values.
This isn't business coaching. It's an invitation into honest conversation about the process.
Whether you're simply curious or actively considering your next chapter, you're welcome here.

Standing in Your Truth
Who Do You Want to Become?
Friday, August 7, 2026
1:00–2:00 PM EST
Before we talk about pricing, speaking, writing, workshops, or multiple streams of income, we begin somewhere deeper.
Who are you becoming?
Many therapists spend years becoming competent clinicians while quietly losing touch with themselves. We learn how to care for others before we ask what kind of life we actually want to build.
Together we'll explore:
Living and working from your values
Letting go of other people's expectations
Discovering what work is truly yours to do
Building a career that reflects your humanity—not just your credentials
Why I chose to expand beyond traditional therapy
